Testing environment for InternetNZ .nz domain names. This is not a real registry - just for fun and testing only.
Last updated: 14 December 2025
The EPP Test Server (“Service”) is a non-production, simulated registry environment created and operated by Andrew Munsey for education, testing, experimentation, and demonstration of EPP behaviour. This Service does not function as a real domain name registry and does not create any legal domain rights, obligations, or transactions.
By using this Service, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service.
The Service simulates .nz-style EPP behaviour for learning and testing only. All domains, registrars, contacts, poll messages, logs, and lifecycle events are fictional. Nothing created or processed within this system has any effect on the real InternetNZ registry or any domain name system.
Users may create an account and operate one or more simulated registrars. The purpose of multi-registrar functionality is to allow testing of EPP interactions such as transfers, polling, and domain lifecycle workflows.
You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited activities include (but are not limited to):
Violations may result in immediate account removal.
The Service stores only test data supplied by users. Do not enter any real personal, financial, or sensitive information. The Service may automatically purge data at any time.
The Service is provided “as is” with no guarantees of uptime, accuracy, or completeness. Errors, bugs, incorrect behaviours, and unexpected results may occur at any time.
The Service is not endorsed by InternetNZ and does not represent their real registry implementation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the creator of the Service (Andrew Munsey) shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to:
The Service operator reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts, delete registrars or domains, or shut down the Test Server entirely at any time without notice.
By creating an account, using the EPP interface, or accessing the console, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms of Use.
